Student Getting Started Guide



Overview

The Custom Enrollment Portal is designed to facilitate the enrollment process by enabling students to register for courses online.

Student Role

 

Students who are first-time users can create an account from the login page and returning users can sign in with their email address and password. Returning students do not have to re-enter student and parent information but edit personal information if necessary.

 

 

Getting Started

  

Go to: https://cep.apexlearning.com/q67leam9/site/login

 

Click CREATE AN ACCOUNT

 

 

Complete the Registration page and click REGISTER.

Confirmation of Registration

Click on BEGIN.

Course Selection

Choose your course(s) and semester(s) from the accordion subject menu or search for a course by name. Once you have selected all the courses you would like to register for, select NEXT.

Preferred Start Date
 Select the date you would like to start this course using the date picker tool.

Review the selections made and make any corrections needed. Select NEXT to move ahead or PREVIOUS to go back to make any corrections.

Complete the Student Information page. This information will be used to by your instructor to communicate with you about your work. Please be sure to provide valid information and select NEXT.

Student Demographic Information

Answer the questions and select NEXT to move ahead or PREVIOUS to go back to make any corrections. Note: Required fields are shown with a red asterisk. 

School Information

Choose your Grade Level from the list. Next, under Student Type, choose DISTRICT PROGRAM and select NEXT.

Next, you will be prompted to select your School Name. This field is populated District Names and School Names. Please choose the one most appropriate for you and select NEXT.

Parent Information

This information will be used by your instructor to contact you and your parent/caregiver for a welcome call and monthly updates. Please be sure to provide valid information and select NEXT.

Note: Parent Email Address must be different than the Student Email Address.

Review

Review all information shown and select NEXT.

Student Commitment

Agree to the following Student Commitments and select SUBMIT.

  • I confirm that the student lives in the school district indicated in this request.
  • I understand that any credit recovery course is not NCAA-approved.
  • I understand and agree that the student will participate in all state-wide assessments in accordance with state law.
  • I understand and agree that the student will be held to compulsory attendance requirements set forth by state law.
  • I understand and agree that should the student not make adequate progress they will be withdrawn.

Course Submissions

Once you see this screen you are done and can LOGOUT.
